What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) to place wholesale order?
MOQs
- MOQ of 15 pieces per color per item.
- Clients have the flexibility to mix and match sizes within the MOQ of each color of the item.
What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?
Payment
- Initial payment of 50% is required upon placing the order.
- Remaining 50% must be settled before shipping, including the shipping invoice.
What are the payment methods?
Payment
- Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfers.
- Details for payment methods will be provided upon order confirmation.
Will I pay customs & duties (if applicable) at the time of receiving?
Customs & Duties
- Clients are responsible for customs clearance and associated duties in their destination country (If Applicable).
- Our friendly team can provide the quotations based on the Delivery Duties Paid option if requested.
Will the ordered items be packed and labeled correctly?
Packaging
- All products will be provided in Bullshake's branded packaging and hang tags, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation.
- All items will have a size sticker on the packaging.
What are the delivery details & time-frames?
Delivery
- Orders will be shipped via DHL Express or UPS depending on the most affordable rates.
- The client will incur additional shipping costs, payable at the time of shipping with the remaining 50% of payment.
- Wholesale order processing and shipping times may vary based on product availability.
