We gladly accept returns for a refund or Store Credit* (Cash on Delivery Orders) within 30 days of purchase. We simply ask that products be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that all Sale Items are only eligible for Store Credit and there will be no refund to be issued unless they are deemed faulty.

We do not offer free return shipping for orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

All final sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, tights, underwear, or socks.

Bullshake reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.

The total cost to return your items is $12 USD or equivalent to your currency. The cost of a subsidised prepaid return will be deducted from your return amount if you choose to receive the refund.

Simply log in to your account. If you do not have a Bullshake Sportswear account, simply create an account.

Once you log in, select the order you wish to return and request return for the items.

Our all items are created as a limited edition. Once they stock out, they will not be restocked. Due to this reason, we cannot offer any exchanges and only returns.

We will need a little time to process your return. But as a rule you won’t have to wait more than 21 working days to have your money refunded.

All items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store and cannot be returned online.
