We’ll send you an email confirmation of your order as soon as your payment has been approved.

As soon as your payment has been approved, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships (typically same day if ordered before 2 PM), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (applicable in most countries).

Our website prices do not include sales tax, but tax amount will be listed at checkout and included in the final sale amount.

You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
For selected countries, we offer payment by invoice, instant bank transfer, or via Afterpay and Cash on Delivery.
The credit cards we currently accept are Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterPass, and Maestro (United Kingdom).

We offer cash-on delivery services to UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait.

All other countries will need to complete their orders via online payment methods.

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in your cart during checkout.

Changes are not possible after your order has been placed. We send it straight to the warehouse so we can get it to your doorstep lickety-split.

We submit orders to the warehouse right away. For this reason, address changes are not possible. The best way to update a delivery address is to reach out to the carrier directly. If the carrier is unable to re-route your parcel, it's typically returned to our warehouse after an unsuccessful delivery

Order cancellations are not possible once an order has been submitted. We send orders straight to the warehouse once they're placed, so changes of any kind are difficult to make. We're happy to assist you in submitting and a return though, if you'd like.
